Sure i wrote a lot for this, but i guess that any info is helpfull to identify the problem. I log into my computer (windows vista; acer) and everything's fine. Computer doesn't respond to anything.And it has Windows 7, not 8.Regardless, I'm done. I used it for a week to back up the old data, next disconnected the old one.
