Black Screen When Waking From Sleep Mode With Legacy HW

I have an EVGA X58 motherboard with a Realtek ALC889 audio chip. Nothing. normally, it should sleep and the power light should be off in 30 seconds, but when it crash, it takes 5 minutes and finally the computer shutdown instead of sleeping. But Now I am getting the same old black screen again.Is this because the driver is on Beta and can have some bugs ?Oh yeah an one more thing I see check over here

It's an extremely annoying issue as the monitor basically cannot be turned off.Funnily enough, that problem went away when I swapped it out with a HP monitor I bought almost two I've checked the motherboard, ram, power supply; and it all checks out. This has been happening for about 1 month. The problem is that Win 10 is now designed to boot up very quickly. after a few hours' in power save.

this seems to have fixed mine as well. That KB article has the title as "You cannot make a computer that is running Windows 7 shut down or sleep". Windows 7 Home premium, 64bit; 90% of use it's Media Center.

The crashes happen when the computer is waking up from both sleep and hibernate. What may be causing it to crash when trying to wake? That's pretty much the last log entry til I have to force a shutdown. Everything worked how it was supposed to....
