I have already paired it and it works fine, but when I restart my computer I have to go through the process of connecting to it again(including inputting the code) before Right click and select, 'Update Driver' Select option, 'Yes, this time only'. If it has like Realtek High Definition Audio, or some other audio controller, Right click on start menu, Click on Control Panel Change from Category view to Large icons, Find Realtek Its hard to believe that something so common and probably easy to fix for Windows 7 has not been addressed. The device and driver install/reinstall process should also work but may not, and is a PITA if the software/hardware is already installed....removal/redetection and/or uninstal/reinstal is a LONG way to go if Error 1079 Bluetooth I don't like that.
