BSOD On Windows 8 Fresh Install

Should functions that take functions as parameters, also take parameters to those functions as parameters? I also tried to load Intel RST and Intel Chipset drivers during the installation, from the partition manager, but it also didn't help and I got the same bsod. Are multiple hard inquiries for a specific loan type okay? Because of this, I wanted to do a clean install. news
