Can't Access My Programs


any suggestions? Wait for at least 5 minutes. Sorry lol- I'm using a Dell XPS 420 using Windows 7 Beta Build 7000. Reinstalled Windows 7, cant install any other programs. useful reference

Windows XP has a built-in firewall also (active by default since Service Pack 2 was released a few years ago). I suggest that you remove Malware Bytes and only enable Windows Defender. I tried to use the run feature to use system restore but everytime i try to use it, i get the same stupid error message above... So I don't know where to go from here.
