Also, we could download and run Autoruns for Windows to find out the application that is related to Windows-Frame.exe. I only have one folder in there; C:/ProgramData/Microsoft Should there be other folders there? FYI: I found similar posts, but everyone redirected the original poster to how to access the Start Menu.
